Refunds and returns are not accepted. Due to each item being made to order, items purchased are non returnable. Exchanges can only be made if an item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email email@example.com with description and photos.
To be eligible for an exchange, item must be in the original condition that it was received. Custom items are not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packages sent out are always insured with USPS. I do not hold any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If an item is mark delivered, and after a few you days you still have not received it please email me firstname.lastname@example.org. Either you or I can file a claim with USPS. I will do my best to locate the package.
